There are are a million decisions to make when planning any event, but choosing your wedding invitations, announcements and accessories should be fun and easy. Here are a few tips to help you along the way:
Invitation Parts: Invitations are easy enough to identify but you will notice that almost every wedding invitation has a matching smaller card. This smaller card can be printed as a personalized Note, Reception or Respond card. The personalized Note is typically used as a Thank You note, the Reception card directs your guests to your reception, and the Respond is mailed back to you by your guests to let you know if they are attending.
Color: Choose wedding invitation colors that go with your theme, such as the color of the bridesmaid dresses in the wedding. If you are choosing a plain white or ecru invitation, you can add colored ink or lined envelopes.
Raised ink: Our invitations are printed with a process called thermography. This type of printing is created by adding a resin powder to wet ink, which when heated, creates a raised surface.
Lettering style: When choosing a lettering style for an invitation or announcement look at the letters that will be in your names. You will want to make sure the names are legible.
Envelopes: Wedding invitations come with double envelopes. You can have a preprinted return address added to your outer envelopes for a more elegent look and to save time when you address them.
Napkins: An inexpensive way to add a classy touch to any event is personalized napkins. Invito Cards offers a wide range of napkin colors that can be personalized with designs, names or monograms.
Ribbons: Any favor can be coordinated to your color theme with ribbons. Invito Cards offers ribbons that can be personalized with names and dates.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Return Policy
We do our best to make sure your invitations, announcements and accessories are delivered without any problems, but on occasion mistakes are made. Below is our return policy:
Invitations and Announcements
Please contact Invito Cards as soon as possible about the issue at sales@invitocards.com:
- If the mistake is a translation error at the fault of Invito Cards, your order will be replaced at no charge to you.
- If the error is due to information sent to Invito Cards incorrectly (i.e. mistyped names, wrong date sent to us, etc.) your order will be replaced at 50% of the original price plus shipping.
- If you receive your invitation and simply do not like it, Invito Cards will send you new invitations at 50% of the original cost of any invitation of your choosing plus shipping.
- There are no 100% refunds on invitations or announcements. If you want to see an invitation before you order it, samples are available to order - see Order Samples in the left side menu.
Accessories including napkins, champagne glasses, servers, pillows, baskets, favors, etc.
For any items ordered that are not personalized, you can return to Invito Cards for the original price you paid less shipping. Send the item to: Invito Cards, 3108 23rd Ave SE, Albany, OR 97322. Please make sure to include a note with your name or order number so that we can identify who its from.
- For personalized items, if there is a mistake from a translation error at the fault of Invito Cards, your item will be replaced at no charge to you.
- For personalized items that are a result of sending wrong information to Invito Cards (monogram in the wrong order, names spelled wrong, etc.) your item can be replaced at 60% of the original cost plus shipping.
- There are no 100% refunds on personalized accessories.
